CHILD CARE WORKS SUBSIDY

The Early Learning Resources Center (ELRC) provides childcare subsidies to eligible families in Allegheny County.  The ELRC pays a portion of your child- care costs directly to MLEDP and you pay a small portion or zero based on family size and income.  MLEDP accepts all families without regard to their ability to pay by directing families to Allegheny county subsidy programs.
