This year the Mt. Lebanon Extended Day Program is retiring the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program.

We are proud of the benefit this program has been to staff to have volunteer assistance and the children to have youth role models.  It has also given the youth CIT an opportunity to take initiative, develop leadership and earn community service hours.

We are disappointed that due to changes in the licensing standards we follow, it is no longer feasible to permit the program to exist in the way it was conceived.  We would like to thank all the volunteers who made the program so successful.
